South Range BOE

The South Range school board meeting originally scheduled for Oct. 16 has been moved to 6 p.m. Oct. 23 in the K-12 Building.

Trinity rummage sale

Trinity United Methodist Church, 2427 Columbiana Road, New Springfield, will hold a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Saturday will be half price from 9 a.m. to noon and a fill a bag for $1 from noon to 2 p.m. There is clothing, household items, Christmas and much more. No food or drinks for sale.

United Veterans Day

United Local High School invites all veterans and their families to a Veterans Day breakfast and program on Nov. 11 in the junior high gym. Breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the program will follow at 9 a.m. The program will be held in honor and recognition of all veterans. All veterans and community members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Those attending can RSVP by calling 330-223-7102. RSVPs are encouraged, but not mandatory.

Sebring BOE

The Sebring Local School District Board of Education is holding a work session on Oct. 21 at 5:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The purpose of the work session is to discuss Policy 3120.04 Employment of Substitutes. Additionally, the regularly scheduled board meeting for Oct. 21 at 6 p.m. will be moved from the high school cafeteria to the high school auditorium.
