Fall Appetizers, presented by The Friends of the East Palestine Memorial Public Library, 2 p.m. Library Community Room at the Library. Attendees are requested to bring an appetizer of their choice along with the recipe. Paper products and beverages will be provided by the Friends of the Library. A wooden scarecrow magnet will be given to attendees. Recipes will be collected and a booklet will be made and available to the attendees after the event.
