Oh if this could only happen! Especially if the extra money would go directly to law enforcement agencies for their gas budgets. NOT into general city budgets. It would enable our officers to start patrolling our streets more often and our city council wouldn’t be hindering law enforcement efforts by complaining for our officers to PARK their units which in turn leaves our neighborhoods unprotected.

I think it would be a good idea. Another $10 on the fine wouldn't even be missed by the lead footed idiots.
