I understand Q and it has been going on a long time. Still doesn't make it right.

I don't disagree, but this has been going on for years, and OSU is not the only place with band hazing.

It is a shame, because Waters was good but he crossed a line.

Yup, based on the facts. The only question you have to ask? As taxpayers are we are sending young adults to be educated or play sexual games?

The Ohio State marching band is Ohio's pride and joy. It is about respect, integrity and honor in representing the state, the people and the university. It consists of talented musicians that will forever make their individuals marks in history.

Waters screwed up and was fired and rightly so. He failed. This is now the image of the band. One swift bad judgement by a band director and it is forever marked against the university and image of the band.

Meaning, the alumni is failing by acting they way they are. The image now must be removed, the alumni is only keeping it going. It's over. The school needs to heal now, not keep it going.
