WatchDog, The phony birth certificate stories from the right are real. You even proved that. Now show me a reputable news source where it says that President Obama was ever under subpoena to produce a birth certificate or admit that it was all BS. "Obama has chosen this arrogant game." Why do you continue to let these hate filled pseudo news sources make a fool out of you?

TripleD I am still waiting for your apology on the Birth Certificate door you opened and tried to use to fling insult on a Republican party.

"As per normal when you decide to cheat you are so stupid that you leave your fingerprints all over it. Just like the Phony Birth Certificates with names of cities that did not even exist yet. You should really all be ashamed...."

After that statement, I think YOU should be ashamed.

TripleD sez: "As far as the Congress goes, what we currently have is a Congress that is more intent on trying to make President Obama a failure than they are on making any progress for this nation."

What happened, did all those Democrats in Congress quit or did they jump ship and turn to destroying the failure in the White House?

TripleD I swear you are the only person I know that can look at a poll marked "Congress" and come out with a response like that! People are FED UP with BOTH sides.

questioner, This poll is pretty messed up. It started out as a poll on the performance of President Obama. Then it was suddenly switched to a Congress approval rating. I agree that 14% is pretty high for that, and because of the sudden switch, I have no confidence in these numbers. As far as the Congress goes, what we currently have is a Congress that is more intent on trying to make President Obama a failure than they are on making any progress for this nation.

Whoa, wait a minute--14% said Congress is "Outstanding or above average". (When I voted, and it was early, 100% said "Below average, poor"--now you know how I voted.)

I can accept 5% saying average. But please, your 14%ers, fill me in on why you say that. I really really want to know your reasoning. And I promise I won't argue back (definitely cannot promise that for most others) but I really want to know your thinking. What criteria did you use? Again, not to argue, but for understanding. (And I could have used a few of you grading papers for me in school--I would have loved your leniency! Are you all naturally nice people--do you overlook mistakes at a restaurant or other places too?)

She specifically told me, "come back here and you tell everybody what you found." That is what I did. I said, "There is no case pending before the United States Supreme Court concerning the Presidents Birth Certificate." That was correct, there is no case pending. She accused me of making up lies to bash republicans over that Birth Certificate crap. I did not make up any lies. I consider the remark that President Obama was under subpoena to present his birth certificate a lie, but I will give her the chance to show me I am wrong about that. I am really trying to be reasonable here.

Watchdog, No I will not call you a liar. You are not a liar, you are an idiot. Notice the 2013 date. That was last year and the court refused to hear the bogus case. No. 12A606 Title: Edward Noonan, et al., Applicants v. Deborah Bowen, California Secretary of State Docketed: December 13, 2012 Lower Ct: Supreme Court of California Case Nos.: (S207078)

Obama has chosen this arrogant game.

Third, court case: 12A606 on the SCOTUS. Don't ever call me a liar again.

And after you go read it. Then you come back here and you tell everybody what you found. And then we will have a discussion if THAT is what you want.

TripleD you are just dying to get this conversation rolling are you not? First, let me make something CRYSTAL CLEAR to you. I was NEVER ws on board over Obama's eligibility for the office. In fact, it wasn't UNTIL his arrogant stunt he pulled that even had me my starting to think about it. He pulled me in that direction with his normal, no integrity LEADERSHIP in this matter.

Here's my stance. Don't you ever make up another LIE to bash republicans over that Birth Certificate crap. Especially with that outright lie you stated.

Secondly, as far as I am concerned. Unless, Obama can produce a document that shows aged and a worn document of 50 plus years with dried aged ink of where his mother and father signed at the time his birth, that can officially be examined and tested for authenticity, the very SAME DOCUMENT tucked safely away in a vault in the STATE of HAWAII, that OBAMA refuses to release, only THEN will anybody who has concerns or doubt will be satisfied.

"Exactly what Obama could have done. Why he is in trouble and being accused of a cover up is because of the document he produced. Anybody wants to be mad, blame him. You can't blame the Republicans for his stupidity on this issue. When your under subpoena to present a document you claim you have don't submit something thing forged. That is why he is trouble." First, The document you are referring to was produced by the State of Hawaii, not President Obama. Second, There is no case pending before the United States Supreme Court concerning the Presidents Birth Certificate. Check supremecourt.gov and search it yourself. Once again this is all BS.

Ladybug sez: "It's a GD shame that these butt heads have don't have better things. While this hate between parties and personalities the avg everyday citizen take the prunt of all crap."

Huh? You want try that one more time. You know what I find interesting. Not one republican on here so much as opened their mouth about that Birth Certificate inquiry. But the one that did was a Democrat who chose to bring it up. And then even when a republican tries to say, hey, knock it off, until any of us has viable proof one way or another, shut up. YOU come back and couldn't resit to jump right in their one more time to try and use it to your advantage.

If you don't want hear about it...then I highly suggest YOU tell your Democrat cohorts to shut up. I don't think about it until some Dem is using it to smack somebody around with it as IF the whole republican party is responsible for a group of individuals who want to get to the bottom of their concerns.

OhBrother, First, I would have been checking the credentials and past outcomes of the doctors involved in my sons recovery. I would want to make certain that he had the right people for the best possible outcome. Of course I would have been beside myself with worry and I imagine I would have ultimately felt quite helpless. However, praying to a god I know for certain is not real would not be anywhere on the list of things I would consider doing. In your case, I guess if it helps you handle the situation, then maybe praying is not really anything bad for your circumstance. As for me, I consider it a complete waste of time and effort.

I don't know any atheists but I am sincerely curious and I hope my question gets answered. This is not a critisim in any way. When my son was severely injured and not expected to live, I prayed to my God constantly and my prayers were answered. If it were your child, how would you handle it? Like I said, I really am curious.
