Do water problems in W. Va. and even closer in East Palestine suggest our infrastructure is more fragile than we admit?

Neither problem had anything to do with our infrastructure ....W Va was a spill and E Pal was frozen pipes

Infrastructure? Do what? The only problems associated to these two and all other incidents in the areas was neglect, irresponsibility and water sprinkler malfunctions.

The organization of civil eng. rate our infrastructure at a D-

Which means the longer we leave it go the costlier it will be to fix.

Also increases the chance of failure.
