Also, I'm not going to post the whole articles, it would take to much space, can bore people, and REALLY stretching the comment section rules.

That's why I post a link to the stories. So, if you can copy and paste, you can go read the whole thing for yourself.

Yeah, yeah, cry me a river. It's only male bovine exhaust to you because you don't like it.

Please feel free to refute anything in the article, though. Just try.

With the Boston marathon bombing suspect in a prison hospital, investigators are pushing forward both in the U.S. and abroad to piece together the myriad details of a plot that killed three people and injured more than 260.

FBI agents picked through a landfill near the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where 19-year-old suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was a sophomore. FBI spokesman Jim Martin would not say what investigators were looking for.

A federal law enforcement official not authorized to speak on the record about the investigation told The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity on Friday that the FBI was gathering evidence regarding "everything imaginable." (And, before the justice department stopped them)!

Some more facts for you to call 'fear mongering':

HEADLINE: USDA Flyer: We Don't Check Immigration Status for Food Stamps

"A government watchdog group has discovered that the United States government is advising Spanish-speaking residents that they need not declare their immigration status to qualify for food stamps."

"...Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said of this discovery, the "USDA is actively working with the Mexican government to promote food stamps for illegal aliens." This implication, he asserted, "should have a direct impact on the fate of the immigration bill now being debated in Congress."

He sneaked into the country, or overstayed a visa. He lied to the police. The Feds say he is here illegally. That's all the information I need.

POLICE REPORTS April 25, 2013 Salem News

"- A person referred to as John Doe was taken to the Columbiana County jail on a charge of obstruction of official business after a traffic stop at 10:20 a.m. Monday on North Lincoln Avenue at the city limits. A passenger in the vehicle, he provided a name of Marcelino Francisco Sebastian but was found not to be the same person as the information given. He was taken back to the police department where another name of Omar Romero was located in documents in his wallet. U.S. Border Patrol and ICE were contacted and given the information found and John Doe was found to be in the country illegally. Both agencies refused to respond and take John Doe into custody. He was charged locally for the obstruction charge."

Ok, now quoting facts is 'fear mongering', 'fear tactics', and 'paranoia'. Since when? It's a quote from this paper about an incident in Salem, from an SPD report. Really?

Nice try, no dice. The little slingshot of muck is from this paper, quoted from the report. What do you want, me to go interview the criminal and the police, maybe talk to the Editor, too?

It's because of people like you that we can't do what needs to be done. Get rid of people here illegally in our country, competing for American jobs, eating up (literally) American tax dollars, which illegal aliens use at 10 to 1 to the taxes they pay in.

He is here illegally. He is a criminal. He should be sent back t where he came from. Let the system work, as you say, keep him in jail until he is deported.

If you're so concerned, put your money where your mouth is. Take him in. Let him stay at YOUR house.

You cannot, well, you should not, as a responsible American (which you claim you are) take part in dishing out little snippet parts of stories to which you do not have a clue as to what the entire story consists of. You are a fear monger. And you appear to be what is exactly part of the problem America is facing nowadays. You rely on fear tactics and paranoia as a means of attempting (pitifully thank goodness) people your (diluted) way of thinking. Blech. Makes me nauseous.

"ILLEGALS IN SALEM:"

You're so diligent in your copy pasting notsocialist. If you would only take the time to research a bit about what you are pasting, it would save me the time of having to constantly correct you!

First, there are a number of reasons this person could be here illegally. We don't know which one, henceforth, we don't know what proceedings there may be to have him removed. They don't just come with a paddy wagon, pick someone up and drive them to the border line individually.

Second, you may not like that there is a due process for such things, but there is.

Third, part of being a responsible citizen is researching before we throw little slingshots of muck out there for the world (or tiny salem news comment section readers) to observe.

"Even this guy is to be presumed to be innocent until proven guilty."

concerned I know exactly what you are getting at in this case. Under the constitution of the United States we are innocent until proven guilty in a court room of law. I hear what you are saying. As for the media circus, nothing we can do about it. Unless of course, we are willing to give up "freedom of speech". That is about the only way the media will be stopped. There is no fix for this without the constitution being violated one way or another.

They will find a jury for him. You have to remember there are already plenty of sympathizers out there churning away for his cause. He is getting preferential treatment now. Let me ask you this? How many Americans accused of crime laying up in hospital have a court system brought to their bedside? He got this. They have already charged him, read him his rights everybody got bent out of shape over. A judge went to his bedside.

If he wants a trial he will get one. With 4 aggravated murder counts, hundreds of felonious assault counts, numerous weapons violations, and anything else that gets brought up, the presentation of evidence will be made like items up for grabs at a fast paced auction. Especially since the defense attorneys will know trying to challenge the credibility of the evidence will not only be futile, but will also drag out their time (which could be spent more wisely on other unrelated matters) from a week or two to several months. The defense attorneys will know that their primary function will be to try to sway the jury in the end to give life in prison rather than a death sentence.

Watchdog It takes physical evidence to convict someone. That is why a lot of people walk because they don't have enough physical evidence to convict them. And it is going to take people that are willing to only look at that physical evidence to bring about that conviction. That is why I say it is going to be hard to find a jury. Most of America believe this guy is guilty already just based on what the media has told them.

Even this guy is to be presumed to be innocent until proven guilty. Whether we like it or not. See what I am saying about trying to find an impartial jury? It is going to months and months just to sit a jury. God help us if we ever let public opinion based on media revelations convict people. Face it Watchdog all any of us really know is what the media has told us.

WHAT??????????? concerned right this minute, even if, they couldn't convict him on the bombing charges...do you realize how many different charges he has pending against him in the State of Mass? Just alone from the aftermath of the bombing...this kid is history and he don't have a prayer of not be found guilty. The evidence is so over whelming his fate is SEALED. He will never see the light of day again. Let me tell you this, I hope they do plea bargain. He pleads innocent to all these charges do you know what it will cost the taxpayers to try this case? I am hoping he pleas.

He is a dead man either way. Death sentence or not... he will die in prison. You got to remember something. The terrorist group, (you will never convince me these two were working alone)that he was acting on behalf of is still out there. We are not only obligated to protect him from Americans, we are going to have to protect him from them. He didn't die for his cause. He cowarded out!

Exile him! Let the brotherhood of Muslims cut off his head! There...public problem solved.
