Ooops, let me correct this. "Just the vicious web we leave in with today's society and thinking."
Just the vicious web we have weaved and live with today's society and thinking.
I have no sympathy for this guy at all. We all have choices...we make those choices and then when push comes to shove the blame is pushed off on to everybody and everything else.
rpmwwe LOL, you are probably right. It holds true in every sport. It has never been about right and wrong, it is the after affect and who got caught. I was just trying to be nice and live in the fairy tale world of competitive and sport fairness. That message we try to drive into our kids today and fail miserably at? What does sicken me, is those just like Oprah...she is exploiting him for a buck and driving the message...sympathize with the cheaters who have ruined our sport industry. Just the vicious web we leave in with today's society and thinking.
Watchdog, I wouldn't feel too bad for the second place guys. There's a good chance that they came in second only because they didn't juice up enough to get first.
This is so typical of Oprah. She is sympathizing with this cheating scumbag. You know who I feel sorry for...that guy that came in second he robbed those wins from? That is the true victim.
It's getting all this media hype because our ignorant (always cry babying to congress, we are broke, we can't afford to pay our employees) US postal service sponsored him with 31 million dollars!

I didn't know bicycle racing was that popular of a sport in the U.S. to be deserving of all this media drama.

Everyone needs to be forgiven. Punishment is another thing.

Not for anyone to decide his forgiveness. He's out, he deserves to be out. Done.
