LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday Mark A. Conroy, 45, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $100 for open container outdoors.
Joseph A. Radman, 20, Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 for failure to display valid sticker.
Ross E. Petree, 57, Coldale Road, Minerva, was fined $375, had his driver's license suspended 180 days and was placed on two years probation for OVI and lane violation.
Steven M. Wright, 18, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was bound over to the grand jury for aggravated burglary. Wright is charged with breaking into the Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, home of Jennifer Guy on Aug. 27 and allegedly threatening her with a knife.
Robert L. Hays, 24, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for no operator's license.
Joshua R. Rutter, 20, Y&O Road, Wellsville, was fined $305 and placed on one year probation for driving under suspension, speeding and seat belt.
Patrick Dugan, 44, Struthers, was fined $275, placed on one year probation and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Trinidad Vera Leon, 46, Costa Mesa, Calif., was fined $100 for no driver's license.
Gary M. Smith, 26, Jackson, Mich., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.
Samuel M. Stacey III, 40, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under child support suspension.
Leora Wolfe, 42, Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 for no operator's license.
Jamie L. Bertolette, 78, Fairfield School Road, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct. A theft charge was dismissed.
Lynette K. Sprouse, 40, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $150 for two counts dogs running at large and failure to confine.
Tiffany K. Pendergast, 31, Lewis Road, Salineville, was fined $150, given credit for five days served, placed on two years probation and required 10 hours community service for sale of tobacco products to person under 21.
Mar-Twan Alexander D. Treharn, 22, Youngstown, was fined $150 for no operator's license.
David W. Andre, 30, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $675, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense.
David F. Dycus, 30, state Route 172, Minerva, was fined $130, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension and lane violations.
Donald E. Brown III, 26, McKees Rock, Pa., was fined $100 for driving under child support suspension.
