SHERIFF’S OFFICE

August 31, 2014
Salem News

- Lorie Gfeller, Weaver Road, Berlin Center, reported at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday she was at the residence of her ex-husband, Tim Herron, on Woodsdale Road in Butler Township to pick up her 13-year-old son for a court-ordered visitation. Herron, who was at a friend's house at the time Gfeller and a deputy were there, called the sheriff's office to have her removed. Herron then returned to his house and refused to let Gfeller see her son. A deputy advised her to contact her attorney as Herron refused to follow court orders.
