LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, an Aug. 26 preliminary hearing was set for Denise D. Everhart, 36, Monroeville Heights, Salineville, charged with theft for allegedly withdrawing $15,176 illegally with a bank card from an account belonging to Girl Scouts of America to pay bills. A pretrial was set for Aug. 26 for a related falsification citation.
Clara L. Zwick, 62, West Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $800, required 40 hours community service, had her license suspended for six months and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.
Tammy L. Chestnut, 35, St. Clairsville, was fined $300, required 30 hours community service, had her license suspended for six months and required to attend a three-day counseling program for speeding and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Lynn A. Brown, 54, Washington Street, Washingtonville, was fined $350, had his license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension, a lane violation and possession of drugs for clonazepam, carisoprodol and lorazepam found in a clear bag following a traffic crash on April 17.
Jacob A. Gray, 26, Jones Drive, Salem, was fined $250, had his license suspended for six months and credited with a day in jail for possession of lorazepam on Jan. 16.
Toby W. Jackson, 34, Aten Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and failure to control.
Judson T. Edling, 28, U.S. Route 62, Salem, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.
Anita Marie Hickle, 30, Lower Elkton Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for use of an unauthorized plate and no license amended from driving under suspension.
Julian E. Morales, 30, Weslaco, Texas, was fined $150 for no license and speeding.
Joshua W. Dent, 24, Goshen Drive, Salem, was fined $150 for speeding.
Brandon M. House, 18, Summer Road, East Rochester, was fined $150 for speeding. A pretrial was set on Oct. 23 for House for a driving under suspension citation.
Kimberly Dwyer, 43, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $130 for no license and disobeying a traffic control device.
Amber L. Nguyen, 30, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $100, required 30 hours community service and credited with one day served in jail for disorderly conduct for laying partially in the roadway on South Union Avenue and Maple Street while intoxicated on Saturday.
Jeramiah Burnette, 26, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 for no license.
Betty J. Barton, 50, Church Street, Salineville, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Jason L. Stanchak, 42, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $100 and credited with four days served in jail for two counts of criminal trespassing for refusing to leave a property on state Route 14 on Thursday.
Sara J. Eason, 21, Grant Street, Lisbon, was fined $50, credited with one day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for throwing a VHS tape and an ashtray at her mother on Aug. 4.
A theft charge against Jakob D. Bell, 24, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, was dismissed. Bell was accused of taking $75 off the bar at Forest Lanes Bowling Alley in Kensington on Dec. 20.
A Sept. 16 pretrial was set for Kimberly Ann Spencer, 42, Riffle Road, New Waterford, charged with assault for allegedly slapping a boy in the face on Saturday.
A Sept. 16 pretrial was set for Eugene Anthony Pineda, 22, St. Joseph, Mo., cited with driving under OVI suspension and no license.
A Sept. 18 pretrial was set for Aaron Shrum, 36, last known address Blackhawk Road, East Palestine, cited with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Justin T. Gaither, 33, Kirk Road, Columbiana, cited with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, speeding and a seat belt violation.
A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Donald Duncan, 66, Haiti Road, Salineville, cited with theft on July 31 for allegedly placing a jumper pipe on the water service line where the water meter had been removed.
A Sept. 29 pretrial was set for Michael Jenkins, 24, North Market Street, Lisbon, cited with failure to yield the right of way and improper registration.
A Sept. 29 pretrial was set for Jessica Lynn Shearer, 27, Beaver Falls, Pa., cited with OVI second offense and failure to control.
