LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, an Aug. 7 preliminary hearing was set for Gerald A. Dipanfilo, 61, Woodland Avenue, Salem, charged with breaking and entering for allegedly attempting to go into the substation on Pittsburgh Street, Columbiana, searching for items to scrap. A pretrial was also set for Dipanfilo cited with driving under suspension and a turn signal violation.
James R. Flowers, 38, Spaite Drive, East Palestine, was fined $775, had his license suspended for six months, required 40 hours of community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense, open container and use of an unauthorized plate. Citations for possession of a controlled substance, lane violations and a seat belt violation were dismissed.
James Price, 24, Burford Street, East Liverpool, was fined $275 and sentenced to three days in jail for driving under a 12-point suspension and a tail lights violation.
Donald C. Krebs, 25, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced to three days in counseling and had his license suspended for 180 days for reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Stephanie E. Herstine, 18, England Drive, East Palestine, was fined $250 for passing bad checks for writing a $150 check to the County Municipal Court on March 21.
Casey Reynolds, 42, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for failure to reinstate her license.
Jackie L. Hiner, 59, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $200, credited with one day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for striking Jim Hiner in the back of the head and neck several times on June 28.
Gage B. Mountz, 21, Saint Jacob Logtown Road, Lisbon, was fined $200, credited with 10 days served in jail and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence for striking a woman in the street several times in Salem on July 25.
William R. Beesler Jr., 33, County Home Road, Lisbon, was fined $200 and credited with 10 days served in jail for two counts of misuse of a credit card for using a JCPenney card on June 1 and June 3 to purchase various clothing items totaling about $470.
Rodney W. McHorney, 40, Lincoln Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from a stop sign violation.
Terrance A. Arkenburgh, 49, Carrollton, was fined $150 for failure to reinstate a license and a seat belt violation.
Michael R. Mellinger, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from aggravated menacing for threatening to kill Theresa Smith on May 25.. Two charges of violating a temporary protection order were dismissed.
Seth P. Storie, 26, New Castle, Pa., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Todd A. Kirtley, 31, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $105 for speeding and no license amended from driving under suspension.
Nathan Courtney, 27, Shelby Drive, Lisbon, was fined $100 and credited with two days served in jail for disorderly conduct for taunting another on Sunday.
Kristen A. Walter, 43, Third Street, Summitville, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.
Cory T. Wright, 36, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, was fined $100 for criminal trespassing for being in a vacant building on Boardman Street owned by the Village of New Waterford on July 26.
Roy A. Barnett, 38, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for speeding.
Brandy Baird, 35, Stocking Street, Washingtonville, was fined $50 and credited with two days served in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business for refusing to tell police which Circle K she was at.
Heidi Weaver, 41, Taylor Road, Negley, was placed on probation for one year for failure to restrain her dog. A second citation of failure to restrain the dog was dismissed.
An Aug. 11 pretrial was set for William L. Michaels III, 25, Depot Road, Lisbon, charged with assault and criminal trespassing for allegedly assaulting Jeffrey Lee William Mellot on July 27 when he was asked to leave a Prospect Street apartment where he was not supposed to be.
An Aug. 14 pretrial was set for Robert D. White Jr., 63, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting his wife across the face because he believed she lied to him.
An Aug. 28 pretrial was set for Donnel T. Brock, 36, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with assault for allegedly punching Scott Steffen on Saturday.
A Sept. 4 pretrial was set for Robert W. Callahan II, 39, state Route 558, Leetonia, charged with domestic violence for allegedly getting into a fight with his brother over a bottle of whiskey, which led to him pushing his wife to the ground causing her to hit her head on a gas grill on Saturday.
A Sept. 4 pretrial was set for Jamie L. Bertolette, 78, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, charged with theft and criminal trespassing for allegedly going into the home of his ex-boyfriend several times, taking items, including receipts for building supplies on Monday.
A Sept. 9 pretrial Jeffrey J. Wilson, 26, Park Boulevard, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension.
A Sept. 11 pretrial was set for David M. Birch, 49, Failer Street, East Palestine, cited with drug abuse, open container prohibited, OVI second offense, marked lanes and loud exhaust.
