LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Travis E. Hickman, 30, U.S. Route 30, Hanoverton, was fined $400, had his license suspended for 180 days, required 25 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for driving under OVI suspension and marijuana possession.
Gregory B. Weingart, 18, Third Street, Salem, was fined $350, credited with two days served in jail, required 40 hours community service for underage consumption, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct.
Philip A. Crouse, 70, Lower Elkton Road, Columbiana, was fined $250, had his license suspended for six months, is required 30 hours of community service and sentenced to three days in jail for reckless operation amended from OVI first offense. A failure to control citation was dismissed.
Gladys A. Gromley, 54, Emerick Road, Kensington, was fined $150, credited with four days served in jail and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for pushing Jessica Burkholder and tearing her shirt on June 6.
William M. Alesi III, 30, Liberty Street, Salem, was fined $150 and credited with 90 days served for resisting arrest for pulling away from police on Dec. 22, 2013.
James Harris, 38, Steubenville Pike, Hammondsville, was fined $130 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension, headlights and failure to show a valid license.
Joseph D. Burnside, 45, Berry Road NE, Kensington, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Reginald P. Dickinson, 48, East Canton, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.
Linda L. Snyder, 39, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Shannon R. Bevis, 27, Florence, Ala., was fined $50 for improper backing. A hit skip citation was dismissed.
A July 21 pretrial was set for Phillip A. Litchfield, 38, Hart Avenue, Minerva, cited with aggravated menacing for allegedly coming to the home of Stacy Cureington and threatening to kill him on Wednesday.
An Aug. 18 pretrial was set for Jennifer L. Morris, 39, Clinton, Okla., cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and lane violations.
An Aug. 18 pretrial was set for Corey A. Bartley, 37, Ridgeleigh Drive, Minerva, cited with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly sending four emails to Claudia Bartley, who had a protection order against him.
An Aug. 21 pretrial was set for William D. Dinsio, 34, Woodland Avenue, Salem, cited with a barking dog violation.
A Sept. 2 pretrial was set for Leora Wolfe, 42, Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A Sept. 4 pretrial was set for Rachel L. Kreps, 27, U.S. Route 30, Hanoverton, cited with driving under suspension, possession of a drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia for two alleged syringes and a crack pipe allegedly found in her vehicle during a traffic stop on Saturday. She was also fined $35 for speeding.
