BELOIT - Janet Lee Deville, 79, of Beloit, died at 7:55 a.m. Monday at the Salem Regional Medical Center following a recent illness.
Born Aug. 11, 1934, in East Palestine, she was the daughter of the late Harold E. and Elsie M. (Rambo) French.
Mrs. Deville was employed at Mullins Manufacturing -American Standard, C&W Coal Company and was a bus driver for Salem and West Branch school districts.
She was a former member of the Mt. Carmel Methodist Church in Homeworth and attended the Beloit Friends Church.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Deville of Salem and David Deville of Greenville, S. C.; a sister, Dorothy M. Paxson of Salem; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home in Salem with Pastor Mark Reich officiating.
Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Glenview Cemetery in East Palestine.
