- Brittanie Hartman, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, reported a domestic dispute at 8:34 p.m. Sunday. Deputies arrived to find Anthony R. Ensell in the driveway with blood on both arms. He claimed he punched a glass door and was found to be intoxicated. Ensell's wife Randi and Hartman told deputies Anthony swung open a freezer door striking his wife in the head. She threw a pack of cigarettes at him and he punched her in the mouth. She punched him and he went after her, while Hartman tried to get between them. Anthony Ensell then pushed Randi over a railing backwards while choking her before Hartman managed to get them apart. He then started punching the freezer and punched the storm door. He was charged with domestic violence.
