Lisbon man pleads guilty to felonious assault, menacing

LISBON - Richard Parrish, 42, Maple Street, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to felonious assault and aggravated menacing. He faces a maximum sentence of eight and a half years in prison and a $16,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 22. Parrish reportedly harmed Allen Ingledue with a knife leaving him with a lacerated eyelid and a cut on both his arm and abdomen on Dec. 2 . On the same date he is accused of threatening to harm Gary Holloway or a member of his family.
