LISBON - Three Lisbon Schools students - an 11-year-old, a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old - are charged in Columbiana County Juvenile Court with being unruly for allegedly starting or participating in starting two fires in Lisbon on April 12. One fire was reportedly in a house on state Route 45, Lisbon, which is owned by Raymond Perrino, who lives on Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon. The second fire they are accused of setting was in a warehouse on Grant Street, Lisbon, which is owned by Paul Salvino, U.S. Route 62, Salem, and rented by Kurt Vancura, Black Road, Lisbon. In both cases the fires caused more than $1,000 in damages.
