LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Mario A. Duron, 52, Alice Street, East Palestine, was fined $705, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.
Aaron J. McDevitt, 32, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $675, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in counseling and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense. A marked lanes citation was dismissed.
Lance J. Dangelo, 23, East State Street, Salem, was fined $400, credited with 20 days served in jail, sentenced to serve 10 additional days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 40 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension, traffic control devices, possession of a drug abuse instrument and two counts of drug paraphernalia for a spoon, syringes and two crack pipes.
Dejon O'Neil Bradley, 22, Toronto, was fined $205 and had his license suspended for six months for no license, restricted tinted glass and possession of marijuana.
Adam R. Smith, 23, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, was fined $160 for open container, speeding and no license amended from failure to reinstate a license.
Lori A. Anderson, 47, Spillway Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for reckless operation. An OVI first offense citation was dismissed due to blood test results.
Aaron A. Thompson, 23, East 17th Street, Salem, was fined $130 for driving under FRA suspension and a seat belt violation.
Joshua J. Garrod, 29, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for six month for possession of marijuana.
Lawrence R. Proctor, state Route 46, New Waterford, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate a license.
Delbert R. Runion, 45, Youngstown, was fined $80 for no license and speeding.
James M. Foster, 50, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $50 for criminal damaging for driving on the property at the Melhorn Medical Clinic, damaging the yard.
A failure to reinstate a license citation against Jennifer S. McVay, 35, state Route 518, Lisbon, was dismissed due to a Bureau of Motor Vehicle error.
A May 29 pretrial was set for Albert J. McVay, 50, Trinity Church Road, LIsbon, charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting Fubu shoes and two Gillette razors totaling $28 from the Salem Walmart on Monday.
A June 23 pretrial was set for Crystal A. Gilmore, 29, Depot Road, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and lane violations.
A June 24 pretrial was set for Raymond D. Johnston, 41, Aten Avenue, Wellsville, cited with failure to reinstate a license.
A June 24 pretrial was set for Tobie Jean Cook, 37, Broadway, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
A June 26 pretrial was set for Raymond Nalevanko, 65, state Route 170, Petersburg, cited with driving on the left side.
A July 15 pretrial was set for Ryan S. Cepin, 35, last known address in Campbell, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing his ex-wife by the head, squeezing it and head butting her several times on May 8.
