LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Jessica M. Greathouse, 30, and Sherman W. Greathouse III, 34, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, were credited with 73 days served for nine counts of receiving stolen property. The Greathouses were found with jewelry, a Sanyo 42-inch TV, an Xbox 360 Kinect, a controller, an Olympus digital camera, two Kodak Easy Share Cameras, a Wahl men's grooming kit, a Playstation Two, two Motorolo walkie talkies, a box from a knock off set of BEATS headphones, a knock off Tiffany's necklace and a Victoria Secret Leopard print box. The items totaling $1,150 had been reported stolen from homes on McClosky Road and Y-Camp Road, Lisbon.
Joseph M. Carroll, 37, Weirton, W.Va., was fined $405, had his license suspended for six months, credited with three days served in jail and sentenced to two additional days in jail for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Kirk V. Krieger, 30, Forrest Street, Lisbon, was fined $200, sentenced to three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for driving under a 12-point suspension.
Christian L. Plunkett, 20, Brushville Road, East Palestine, was fined $180 and had his license suspended for six months for drug abuse (marijuana), no license and two lights displayed.
Georgeann Gatrell, 60, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for no license amended failure to reinstate a license.
Virginia K. Davis, 23, Fairfield School Road, Leetonia, was fined $150, required 20 hours community service and credited with one day served in jail for disorderly conduct for being publicly intoxicated in New Waterford on April 5.
Chantel M. Shuman, 22, Orchard Court, Salem, was fined $150, credited with nine days served and required 30 hours community service for theft for $33 in merchandise taken from Walmart on April 13.
Margaret Mary Figley, 22, Park Drive, East Palestine, was fined $130 and had her license suspended for six months for drug abuse.
Marina Nicole Arthur, 25, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $130 for failure to yield the right away and no license amended from driving under suspension.
Gloria D. Flaherty, 39, Birch Road, East Liverpool, was fined $100 and required 50 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license.
Michael A. Hamilton, 25, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $150, credited with 11 days served and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct for soliciting money to buy drugs outside Knit Wits, East State Street, Salem.
Donald T. Crane, 42, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was fined $150 for speeding.
Tremayne L. Davis, 39, Eighth Street, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to theft for taking several bags of candy from Family Dollar on Friday. A sentencing hearing was set for May 29.
Jessica Lynn Boyd, 33, Beech Street, Hanoverton, pleaded no contest to criminal damaging and resisting arrest, for breaking things in her mother's home while intoxicated. Sentencing was set for June 19.
Jason Stroud, 27, County Home road, Lisbon, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can be returned to West Virginia where he faces charges of forgery and failure to appear.
