LISBON - Kenneth L. Vollnogle, 86, of Lisbon Road, died at 3:33 p.m. Monday at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
Mr. Vollnogle was born Feb. 28, 1928 in Wauneta, Neb., a son of the late Robert and Della Pearl (Pummel) Vollnogle.
He was a general contractor and owned and operated Kenneth L. Vollnogle Construction Company, retiring in 2013. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Alice Mae (Bosworth) Vollnogle, whom he married April 27, 1952; sons, Charles (Debbie) Vollnogle of East Fairfield, Jeff (Donna) Vollnogle and Kim (Michelle) Vollnogle, both of Lisbon, and Toby (Cheryl) Vollnogle of Prospect, Pa.; 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home. Burial with full military honors will follow at the Lisbon Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
