Thompson, 31, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was credited with five days served and sentenced to serve another 175 days in jail for violating a temporary restraining order when he called and left a message several times including on March 8, when he was located with the person the protection order was meant to protect at a West 14th Street, Salem, address.
Joshua J. Hoover, 29, Brown Street, Lisbon, was bound over to the county grand jury on a tampering with evidence charge for allegedly hiding two hypodermic needles behind the front tire of a van parked in the Municipal Court parking lot on April 21 and throwing two spoons with heroin residue into the curb lawn next to the parked van.
Amber N. Stollenwerk, 29, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, was fined $700, had her license suspended for 180 days and required a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and turn signal violation.
Corey M. Catania, Hickory Lane, Salem, was fined $825, sentenced to three days in jail, required 40 hours community service and had his license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and menacing amended from aggravated menacing.
John Joseph Cataldo Jr., 69, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $305 and had his license suspended for 180 days for reckless operation amended from OVI first offense, lane violation, tail lights and seat belt violation.
Brandon T. Folsom, 25, Depot Road, Salem, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Diana Mae Adams, 36, North Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $80 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and failure to dim her lights.
Dominic E. Florea, 29, Hartley Road, Alliance, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for criminal mischief amended from criminal damaging for cutting another person's tires.
Cody E. Johnson, 21, state Route 644, Kensington, was fined $150, credited with one day in jail and required 30 hours community service.
Edward J. Fabian, 53, Oyster Bay Drive, Salem, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
A domestic violence charge against Jared M. Coil, 26, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was dismissed due to the unavailability of the alleged victim. He had been accused of grabbing Beth Marshall by the hair and banging her head off the bathroom sink on Feb. 6.
