LISBON - Robert A. Bidwell, 30, West Main Street, Salineville, appeared in custody in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday on an arson charge. Bidwell is accused of having a role in setting fire to property at 616 Water St., Salineville. He reportedly did not have permission from the last known owner of the property David Coulter, Howard Street, Hanoverton. Bail for Bidwell was set at $25,000 cash or surety and a preliminary hearing was set for April 17.
Anthony J. Fusco, 24, Majestic Court, Canfield, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Michael J. Tyson, 45, Aetna Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate a license.
Patrick K. McMains, 35, Sullivan Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for speeding.
Judy J. Montgomery, 67, Lake Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.
Charles S. McGhee, 46, West Pine Lake Road, Salem, was fined $50 for failure to display a valid sticker. A use of an unauthorized plate citation was dismissed.
A May 15 pretrial was set for James S. Phillips, 51, South Union Avenue, Salem, cited with failure to reinstate a license.
A June 2 pretrial was set for Shane T. Suhy, 20, Youngstown, cited with a stop sign violation.
In court Tuesday, Rick J. Willis, 24, Water Street, Salineville, was fined $30 for unsafe vehicle.
Britt Maras, 48, Pearce Circle, Salem, was fined $250, given credit for two days served and placed on two years probation for persistent disorderly conduct.
James Beiling, 56, state Route 558, Leetonia, maximum axle load case dismissed.
Ingrid E. Shepherd, 37, Allison Park, Pa., was fined $350, given credit for three days served, placed on two years probation, had her driver's license suspended six months and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for possession of dangerous drug and tail lights. Trafficking in drugs charge dismissed.
David C. Livingston, 22, North Liberty Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, sentenced 17 days jail with credit for three days served and placed on two years probation for public indecency for an incident outside Circle K on North Market Street in East Palestine on Jan. 17.
Lyle W. Foster III, 25, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, was given credit for two days served for criminal damaging.
Breann K. Heath, 20, Memorial Road, Kensington, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Marvin W. Harsch, was fined $100, placed two years probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for two counts criminal trespass.
Ramon M. Campbell, 36, Aliquippa, Pa., was fined $210 for driving under suspension restriction and speeding.
Corbin E. Arden, 22, North Main Street, Minerva, was fined $180 for no operator's license and tail lights.
Megan A. McCallister, 25, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $200, placed on two years probation and ordered to have no contact with Ashley Burbick for persistent disorderly conduct.
Richard A. Gregory, 22, Osbourne Road, Wellsville, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
