LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, William R. Halligan, 48, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $700, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 60 days in jail for OVI first offense and left of center.
Harold E. Moore Jr., 49, Westwood Avenue, Alliance, waived his right to an extradition hearing on Monday so he could be returned to Pennsylvania for a charge of theft by deception. On Tuesday, the case was dismissed after Butler County, Pa., notified the court the bench warrant is being lifted.
Teresa Cassinger, 36, Rose Avenue, Salem, was fined $375 and required 80 hours community service for two counts of driving under suspension.
Paula A. Green, 50, last known address Lynchburg Road, Kensington, was fined $250, credited with 22 days served and required 30 hours community service for violating a temporary protection order for going to the home and business of Duke Green. A second charge of violating a temporary protection order was dismissed.
Steven B. McKinney, 22, Maple Street, Salem, was fined $150, credited with 18 days served while ordered to serve one additional day and required 30 hours community service for resisting arrest fleeing from Salem police attempting to serve him with a warrant on March 13.
Tracie Duffield, 37, South Vine Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for no license amended from a reckless operation suspension. A failure to control citation was dismissed.
David L. Byers Sr., 53, New Castle, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from a marked lanes violation.
Following an appeal to the Seventh District Court of Appeals confirmed the ruling against Lisa L. Odey, 55, Buckeye Avenue, Salem, Judge Mark Frost ruled Tuesday that Odey will serve the remainder of her unsuspended jail time of 30 days for a disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated.
Jeffrey A. Crompton, 25, Washington, Pa., was fined $135 for driving under FRA suspension, seat belt violation and failure to display a valid sticker.
Michelle E. Shamrock, 45, Warren, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Jackie W. Huling, 55, Hawkins Road, New Waterford, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Steven N. Huth, 25, Main Street, Minerva, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct for claiming he took about 58.5 Xanax pills belonging to his girlfriend and leaving the house. The sheriff's office, Minerva firefighters and United K-9 Search and Rescue looked for him on the evening of March 22. Huth then reportedly showed up back home covered in mud but uninjured at 12:36 a.m. March 23.
An April 29 pretrial was set for Nicole L. Schnarrenberger, 23, Duquesne Street, Columbiana, cited with possession of instruments to ingest or inhale controlled substances for alleged marijuana paraphernalia, OVI second offense and failure to control.
A May 6 pretrial was set for Shane Burkhart, 25, West Pershing Street, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A May 19 pretrial was set for George R. House Jr., 29, North Street, Lisbon, cited with prohibitions against tattooing and body piercing without approval of the board of health.
