LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, an April 24 preliminary hearing was set for Audrey L. Wylie, 30, Arch Street, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly concealing $1,382 in merchandise and attempting to leave Walmart in Salem without paying.
Randy P. Witherow, 46, Haiti Road, Salineville, was fined $1,130, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 30 days in jail for driving under suspension, OVI first offense, marijuana paraphernalia, parking on a highway and a seat belt violation.
Jeffrie A. Safley, 51, North Bend, Ore., was fined $150 and credited with two days served for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence, for throwing his girlfriend out of the camper at the Timashamie Campground during an argument.
Matthew A. Bennington, 25, Uhrichsville, was fined $150 for an equipment violation, amended from unsecured load.
Adam M. Rendziniak, 24, Sherman Street, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with four days served and required 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.
James G. Markham, 54, Lippincott Road, East Rochester, was fined $150 and credited with one day served in jail for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence, for choking Ashley Hill on March 2.
Alexis M. Liberty, 20, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 and credited with seven days served for obstructing official business for hiding her boyfriend, Paul D. Dabney Jr., when police came to the home to serve warrants on both. Liberty further waived her right to an extradition hearing and will be returned to the state of Kentucky on a fraudulent use of credit cards charge.
William R. Michalak, 28, Crestview Road, New Waterford, was fined $100 and credited with three days served for disorderly conduct for becoming belligerent with staff at the Salem Regional Medical Center while he was there for treatment on March 21.
Carrie A. Malone, 31, West Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $100 for open container. An April 28 pretrial was set on a citation of three counts driving without a valid license, two counts of two lights displayed and a single count of license suspended less than six months.
Joseph B. Shemasek, 48, Parkway, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for lighted lights required, amended from a stop sign violation.
Daniel B. Reed, 26, Charlton Drive, Lisbon, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for a fight at Club Fuel, Railroad Street, Salem.
Kila R. McLaughlin, 22, Signal Road, Columbiana, was fined $50 for criminal trespassing after she entered Walmart in Salem despite being banned from the store previously.
A March 27 pretrial was set for Corey M. Catania, 24, Hickory Lane, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, tail lights and turn signal violations, aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling and threatening police officers, as well as screaming profanities at staff at the Salem emergency room.
A March 31 pretrial was set for William R. Beesler Jr., 33, Ashtabula, cited with passing bad checks for a $294 check written to Restore and dishonored on Feb. 5.
An April 21 pretrial was set for Heather Ann Schukert, 24, Benton Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and unsafe vehicle.
An April 22 pretrial was set for Jessica Lynn Boyd, 33, Beech Street, Hanoverton, cited with OVI third offense, driving under FRA suspension, marked lanes and endangering children.
An April 24 pretrial was set for Timothy B. Seddon Jr., 39, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and a stop sign violation.
An April 24 pretrial was set for Tadley D. Burt, 38, state Route 517, Columbiana, cited with violating a temporary protection order.
An April 28 pretrial was set for James Price, 23, Burford Street, East Liverpool, cited with driving under a 12 point suspension and tail lights violation.
A May 12 pretrial was set for Donald Lee Vos, 60, Hazel Run Road, Hammondsville, cited with assured clear distance.
A May 12 pretrial was set for Jillian A. Mercer, 29, Canton, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
A May 13 pretrial was set for Kyle J. Pierson, 21, East Ninth Street, Salem, cited with violating a temporary protection order.
Michael Hamilton, 25, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $50 for soliciting without a license offering to shovel driveway for money in Salem.
A June 2 pretrial was set for Brian K. Cunningham, 49, Purinton Avenue, East Liverpool, cited with OVI first offense.
