LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Sherman W. Greathouse III, 34, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, was bound over to the county grand jury on a receiving stolen property charge. Greathouse was one of three people in a home where police allegedly discovered more than $1,150 in stolen items.
A possession of a controlled substance citation against Mary Kiehl, 29, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, was dismissed while it was noted the prosecutor's office intends to present the case to the grand jury directly for possible indictment once laboratory results are returned. Another pretrial was set for March 13 on a possession of drug abuse instrument citation.
Angela K. Shasteen, 32, East Third Street, Salem, was sentenced to one day in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for theft for concealing $19 in merchandise in her purse and attempting to shoplift it from Dollar General in Eastgate Plaza on Dec. 21.
Michael E. Fisher, 30, Pancake Clarkson Road, Rogers, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Christopher Allen Juillerat, 25, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Nicholas J. Guy, 24, Hoffman Court, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business for attempting to interfere with a deputy conducting a traffic stop near the intersection of Bear Hollow Road at state Route 7 on Oct. 23.
Bruce Daniels Jr., 40, Canton, was fined $130 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Tyler G. McCullough, 22, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $130 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Rae Roseland, 30, West 10th Street, Salem, was fined $100 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Michael T. Lantz, 28, Summit Street, Salem, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension. A stop sign violation was dismissed.
Emilio Sente Juarez, 36, Canton, was fined $80 for no license and failure to control.
Gregory J. Gardner, 53, Edward Circle, Columbiana, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for threatening to kill Laura Gardner on Sept. 1.
Matthew P. Hardenbrook, 19, state Route 517, Columbiana, was fined $50 and required 40 hours community service for obstructing official business for running from East Palestine police to avoid being searched.
A criminal trespassing citation against Marcia W. Wood, 64, Miller Street, Kensington, was dismissed on a motion of the prosecutor's office with court costs taxed to the defendant. Wood was accused of going uninvited to the property of Kelly Wood, Kennedy Drive, Salem, on April 29, 2013.
A March 27 pretrial was set for Dishelle T. Carchide, 20, Salem Alliance Road, Salem, cited with underage consumption for allegedly consuming one mixed drink called "party in my mouth."
An April 7 pretrial was set for Edward G. Kolisar, 52, South Liberty, Alliance, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control
An April 7 pretrial was set for Stephanie Romeo, 31, West Main Street, East Palestine, charged with assault for allegedly shoving Chelsea Meiring on Feb. 1.
An April 14 pretrial was set for Marvin W. Harsch, 25, Franklin Avenue, Salem, charged with driving under suspension, possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia for a hypodermic syringe and a spoon with burn marks on the bottom allegedly in his possession on Jan. 18 during a traffic stop.
An April 14 pretrial was set for Penny L. Collins, 41, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and speeding.
An April 14 pretrial was set for Matthew Robert Ayers, 22, West Main Street, Leetonia, cited with failure to control and seat belt violation.
An April 15 pretrial was set for Corbin E. Arden, 23, North Main Street, Minerva, cited with driving under FRA suspension and tail lights.

An April 22 pretrial was set for Nicole Graef, 27, Rauch Road, East Palestine, cited with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly driving through the front yard of Alan and Roberta Fusetti on Jan. 27, as well as continually calling Roberta's office and cell phone.
