LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Rafael Tum Pu, 26, Hawley Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for license expired for less than six months.

Wendy J. Cutlip, 25, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $150 for wrongful entrustment for allegedly allowing her unlicensed boyfriend drive.

David L. Todd, 42, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $150 for public intoxication.

A March 3 pretrial was set for Michael A. Hamilton, 25, Benton Road, Salem, cited with theft and drug paraphernalia. Hamilton allegedly tried to pass a counterfeit bill to a friend on Thursday and had an alleged crack pipe in his pocket.

A March 4 pretrial was set for Dominic E. Florea, 18, Hartley Road, Alliance, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly cutting two tires on the vehicle owned by Hayden Gostney on Feb. 16.

A March 18 pretrial was set for Jennifer L. Seachrist, 26, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing and criminal damaging for allegedly entered the home of Sharon Donnelly on Thursday and cutting the wires to her television. She then allegedly told a deputy sheriff "When I get out, I'm going to blow them all up and kill them all."

A March 25 pretrial was set for Rebecca L. Guy, 52, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with complicity to commit theft for allegedly driving her daughter, Jennifer Seachrist to a home on Spillway Road to look for stolen items and then Seachrist entered the home of Sharon Donnelly and cut the wires to her television on Thursday.

An April 8 pretrial was set for Kenneth D. Cusick, 42, state Route 518, Lisbon, cited with improper handling of firearm in a motor vehicle, OVI first offense and unsafe vehicle.
