LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Joshua W. M. Ayers, 21, Main Street, Leetonia, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the county grand jury on a receiving stolen property charge. Ayers is accused of being stopped while riding a stolen 2008 Suzuki ATV at the intersection of Depot Road and state Route 45 in Perry Township on Jan. 16. His bond remained at $1,000 personal recognizance.

Donald Ray Bucklew, 68, West Main Street, New Waterford, was fined $1,000, credited with three days served in jail while sentenced to 117 additional days and had his license suspended for three years for OVI second offense and a turn signal violation.

Jozi L. Maury, 22, North Market Street, Minerva, was fined $675, had her license suspended for 180 days, required 30 hours community service and sentenced to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense. A marked lanes citation was dismissed.

Richard E. Parrish, 41, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for domestic violence. Parrish had been accused of assaulting his girlfriend Crystal Holloway in November.

William Cooper, 30, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense.

Tawanamie Chambers, 38, Bedford, was fined $850, had her license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense, possession of marijuana and a headlights violation.

Michael R. Brown, 22, Carole Drive, Salem, was fined $450, credited with seven days served and sentenced to 23 additional days in jail for driving under OVI suspension, open container in a motor vehicle and obstructing official business for fleeing on foot during a traffic stop on Nov. 10, 2013.

Donald P. Phillips, 21, Niles, was fined $300, required 30 hours community service and credited for two days served in jail for underage consumption.

Elliot D. Crank, East State Street, Salem, was fined $200, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to five days in jail for underage consumption.

Cheryl A. Polito, 51, Springfield Road, Poland, was fined $150 for speeding.

Bruce Grope, 24, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $125, credited with one days served and required 20 hours community service for obstructing official business and a rear license plate light violation.

Kristopher L. Baughman, 23, Taylor Avenue, New Waterford, was fined $100 for hunting a deer without a permit.

Scott Roberts, 47, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $100, credited with one day served in jail and ordered to serve an additional four days for disorderly conduct for refusing to calm down for Lisbon police on Dec. 26 and approaching them in a menacing manner.

Aaron Tucker, 38, Stookesbury Road, Lisbon, was fined $100, credited with one day served in jail and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from criminal trespassing. A criminal damaging citation was dismissed, but Tucker was ordered to make repairs to the field where he became stuck in Elkrun Township.

Irvin D. Shaum, 22, state Route 558, Columbiana, was fined $100 for taking a deer before the permit was taken or obtained.

Paul W. Myers, 41, U.S. Route 30, Hanoverton, was ordered to pay costs only for hunting or killing a fox out of season.

A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for Rachel M. Smith, 35, South Middle Street, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing and striking her husband on Wednesday, leaving him with a fat lip and scratch marks on his neck.

A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for Heather L. Sluss, 30, state Route 170, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting Douglas Brayshaw with her fist and tearing a necklace off his neck on Wednesday.

A Feb. 24 pretrial was set for Kaid D. Todd, 23, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, charged with domestic violence for allegedly slamming Maura Paliani against an outside hallway wall, grabbing her by the face, pushing her to the ground and placing her in a headlock before pushing her again to the ground on Wednesday. Todd was fined $20 for improper registration.

A Feb. 24 pretrial was set for Chelsea N. Martz, Rose Drive, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching William Martz, her husband, on Wednesday.

A March 10 pretrial was set for Nicole I. Wise, 37, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A March 17 pretrial was set for Joshua D. Ford, 29, Prospect Street, Lisbon, cited with a stop sign violation.

A March 20 pretrial was set for Raseam A. Weems, 37, Akron, cited with OVI first offense and speeding.

An April 17 pretrial was set for Leslie R. Henry, 66, Market Street, North Lima, cited with OVI first offense and speeding.
