- Eric S. Hoffmeyer, 35, Union Avenue, Minerva, was northbound Homeworth Avenue, in West Township at 3:50 p.m. Thursday and went off the right side of the road striking a mailbox and a brick lamp post. He was cited for failure to control.

- Jack E. Walton, 61, state Route 534, Salem, was westbound on U.S. 62 in Goshen Township, Mahoning County, at 6 a.m. Feb. 3 and Joshua Holben, 21, Hartville, was eastbound and lost control and went left of center into Walton causing him to go off the right side into a ditch. Holben was cited for failure to control.

- James R. Dearth, 49, Fifth Street, Wellsville, was southbound on Leslie Road in Elkrun Township at 8:14 p.m. Monday and Thomas E. Trevor, 40, Violet Place, East Liverpool, was northbound and went left of control into Dearth. Trevor was cited for left of center.
