Ronald Duane Strait

LISBON- Ronald Duane Strait, 81, of Freeman Road died Sunday at his home.

Ronald was born May 14, 1932, in Marshall County, W. Va., the son of the late Ronald Jessie and Bernadine Mary (Mathews) Strait.

Mr. Strait was a member of the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a bail bondsman and owner of Liberty Bonding.

Mr. Strait is survived by his wife, Patricia (Gannon) Strait, whom he married on Aug. 25, 1950; daughters Cathleen Miller, Ronnetta Seroka and Debra (John R.) Stevens Jr., all of Lisbon; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home with the Rev. Father James Lang officiating. Burial will follow in the Lisbon Cemetery with full military honors.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until the time of services on Wednesday.
