LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Lindsey R. Willard, 25, Lexington Avenue, Salem, was fined $500, had her license suspended for 180 days and was required 25 hours community service for hit skip and driving under suspension.
Robert A. Endres, 24, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $200, credited two days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Endres was accused of driving recklessly while intoxicated in the yard of his grandfather and then when there was a confrontation, punched his grandfather in the back of the head before putting him in a headlock and taking him to the ground.
Anthony J. Sernicola, 40, Canal Fulton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from a stop sign violation.
Nathan E. Steer, 27, East Eighth Street, Salem, was fined $150 for marijuana possession on Sept. 28, 2012.
Forest Fischer, 41, High Street, Washingtonville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension and brake lights.
Brian Hilliard, 34, Hannah Street, Minerva, was fined $100 and required 10 hours of community service for driving under suspension
A domestic violence charge against Jeff Beadnell, Dinch Road, Salineville, was dismissed due to the unavailability of the alleged victims. His then live-in girlfriend, Angela Guildoo, had reported on Aug. 11 he had struck her, grabbed her by the throat and pulled her around by the hair.
A Jan. 9 pretrial was set for Michael F. Cook Jr., 48, Roslyn Avenue, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense, lane violations and improper transportation of weapons for an alleged pistol found under the driver's seat of his vehicle on Wednesday with six rounds in the seated magazine.
A Jan. 14 pretrial was set for Jeffery R. Martin, 41, Salem Alliance Road, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension and use of an unauthorized plate.
A Jan. 16 pretrial was set for Robert E. Lockhart, 48, Riffle Road, New Waterford, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Addam K. Prendergast, 40, Lake Street, Beloit, charged with weapons while intoxicated for allegedly shooting three to four shots from his 9mm handgun into the air to scare away an alleged man outside hitting his home and vehicle with a tire iron and ball bat.
A Feb. 6 pretrial was set for Richard F. Hill, 64, Cedar Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension and failure to control.
A Feb. 13 pretrial was set for Bruce Grope, 24, North Market Street, East Palestine, cited with rear license plate light violation and obstructing official business for allegedly refusing to cooperate during a traffic stop on Wednesday and then running from police.
