LISBON - Todd R. Lewis, 36, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was found guilty in Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday of criminal trespassing and sentenced to four additional days in jail and credited with six already served. Lewis had gone to his father's home on Hunters Camp Road unannounced and intoxicated on Dec. 19 and refused to leave.
Joseph J. Phelan, 33, Canfield, was fined $700, had his license suspended for six months, required 30 hours of community service and ordered to attend a three-day program for OVI first offense and unsafe vehicle.
Richard Holbrook, 50, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $350 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension, no motorcycle endorsement and reckless operation.
A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Nathan G. Dickinson, 18, South State Street, New Waterford, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Kenneth J. Biddle, 31, Steubenville, cited with OVI first offense.
A Feb. 6 pretrial was set for Randy M. Diehl, 23, West Georgia Avenue, Sebring, cited with OVI first offense, two lights displayed possession of marijuana and possession of instruments to ingest or inhale a controlled substance.
A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for David H. Lapin, 19, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with underage consumption.
