4 served secret indictments, 4 picked up over weekend

LISBON - Four people were served secret indictments over the weekend. Four other people were picked up on secret indictments over the weekend.

Eric L. Jordan, 34, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, is charged with theft, tampering with a coin machine and tampering with evidence. Allegedly on Sept. 23, Jordan took between $1,000 and $7,500 from machines at East End Wash N Dry and attempted to impair the ability for police to investigate the matter. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.

Julia H. Cutlip, 24, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, is charged with possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamine on June 28. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in September.

Nicole R. O'Donnell, 23, South Washington Street, East Palestine, was charged with possession of drugs for allegedly having heroin on April 10. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.

Denise L. Brownfield, 49, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, was charged with OVI for allegedly driving while under the influence on Oct. 6 when she has a previous felony OVI conviction on March 30, 2009. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in December.
