- A deputy was called to a domestic dispute on 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday, where a man reported he was talking with his brother-in-law when the brother apparently did not like what he heard and punched him in the side of the head. He declined to press charges.

- David Carney, Valley Road, Salem, reported Wednesday that someone broke a window in his mini-van while he was at his in-law's home on Westville Lake Road, Knox Township.

- Kristen Seevers, Elkton Road, Lisbon, reported Sunday she adopted a dog from a Carrollton woman who now wants the dog back and has begun harassing and threatening her on Facebook. A deputy called the woman and told her this was a matter for the courts to decide. The woman also agreed to quit contacting Seevers.

- Harry Crawford, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, reported Tuesday his Husky log-splitter was stolen from his garage. The deputy could see tracks in the snow where it had been rolled away.

- Kimberly Hayes, Pine Street Extension, Lisbon, reported Tuesday she was at the home of her child's father on Fife Coal Road when he began assaulting her after they began arguing while she was looking for her vehicle keys in the diaper bag. Hayes said he struck her with a beer can, grabbed her by the hair, and struck her in the head multiple times, but she declined to press charges.
