CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Leona Van Camp, 88, of Clarksville, Tenn., died Dec. 20 at Sterling House of Clarksville.
Born Nov. 6, 1925, in Paden City, W. Va., she was the daughter of the late Orval and Iva (Mikes) Martin.
Mrs. Van Camp owned and operated three beauty shops and had worked for J.C. Penny. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Van Camp; and a son, David Lee Van Camp.
Survivors include three sons, CW4 (Ret) Russell (Wanda) Van Camp and Craig A. Van Camp, both of Clarksville, and Christopher Tucker; two daughters, Amanda Manning and Jessica Tucker; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Myrtle Carroll.
A celebration of her life will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel of Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home in Sebring, Ohio, with the Rev. Dennis Simmons officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
