- Margerey Rudibaugh, North Avenue, Elkton, reported a truck tearing up a field at 12:17 a.m. Tuesday. Deputies found Aaron Tucker in his pickup with his girlfriend. The truck was buried in the mud up to the frame and there were multiple ruts in the area.

Tucker claimed he was checking his muskrat and beaver traps and got stuck on the way out. Deputies asked for his hunting and trapping license and he did not have them.

He also had no trapping equipment in the truck. Deputies told Tucker they did not believe him and he confessed to lying. His friend attempted to pull the vehicle out with a tractor, but a tow truck was needed. Charges are pending.
