Gloria J. Glossen Ray

YOUNGSTOWN - Gloria J. Glossen Ray, 72, of Omni West Assisted Living, formerly of East Palestine, died at 1:40 a.m. Monday at her home.

Born Sept. 20, 1941, in East Palestine, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Viola M. (Roshon) Glossen.

Mrs. Ray had been employed as a secretary for the former Gold Cross Ambulance, Youngstown, and was a member of the First Church of Christ in East Palestine.

She leaves several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Ray.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home in East Palestine, with Mr. Robert Helbeck, Minister officiating. Burial will follow in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Friday until time of services.

Memorial tributes may be made to the American Cancer Society.
