Michael Gubesch, Bower Street, Minerva, reported at 3:16 a.m. Sunday his ex-girlfriend, Tabbithia Boyd, came to his home intoxicated and came in when she had been told not to be there. Boyd was sitting in a chair drinking when deputies arrived. She was asked to stay outside so deputies could speak to Gubesch and his friend, who were explaining what happened, but she continually returned. She was charged with criminal trespassing and Gubesch was asked to file a written statement the next day when he was sober.
