LISBON - Joshua L. Bable, 33, North Front Street, Negley, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a burglary charge. Bable is accused of going into a residence, taking a television from the wall and other items along with Loraine Speicher on Nov. 19.

James C. Bollinger, 23, State Line Road, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $130 and required 20 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license and speeding.

Joshua Swanson, 25, Richey School Road, Hanoverton, was fined $150 and sentenced to 33 days in jail and credited with two days served for assault for kicking Shawn McKinnon in the face on Sept. 7.

Alyssa R. Sluter, 22, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, credited with two days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for smacking her boyfriend in the face several times on Sept. 28.

Esther B. Reed, 22, McKinley Avenue, Carrollton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Julie Lehman, 43, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for sale to an underage person while bartending at Fernangle's Tavern on Dec. 13.

Theresa McGuire, 41, Morris Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for sale to an underage person while working as a clerk at Quaker Village.

John D. Roose, 50, North Pearl Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $100 for sale to an underage person while working at Kendrick's Corner on Dec. 14.

Brittany N. Hoops, 20, Seacrist Road, Salem, was fined $100 for sale to an underage person while working as a bartender at Mike's Penn Grill on Dec. 15.

A Dec. 27 pretrial was set for Todd R. Lewis, 26, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly showing up at his father's home intoxicated and refusing to leave on Thursday.

A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Brandon M. Huff, 19, East Third Street, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly telling his girlfriend he would return a rented movie and two Playstation 3 games to Family Video for her, but instead selling the games to Game On six days later for $13 each.

A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Travis E. Hickman, 30, Scott Drive, Alliance, charged with OVI second offense, failure to reinstate a license and open container.

A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Justin S. Miller, 30, U.S. 30, Minerva, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Timothy S. Rhodes, 44, Monroeville Road, Salineville, cited with OVI first offense and lane violations.

A Jan. 28 pretrial was set for Jacob B. McEldowney, 27, Carey Road, Salem, cited with driving under OVI suspension.

A Jan. 30 pretrial was set for Robert R. Zion, 70, Georgetown Road, Salem, cited with speeding and a seat belt violation.

A Feb. 6 pretrial was set for Michelle L. Whaley, 47, Buck Road, Alliance, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A Feb. 11 pretrial was set for Heriberto Pimental, 41, East School Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A March 4 pretrial was set for Jason L. Hill, 42, Washington Street, Newell, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
