Foreman, 44, Oak Grove Road, Salineville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing in Columbiana County Municipal Court on charges of misuse of credit cards and theft for allegedly using a stolen credit card at the Salineville Carry Out on Nov. 7. She was bound over to the county grand jury
Jackson C. Lane, 35, Summit Street, Salem, was fined $725, had his license suspended for one year and was sentenced to 25 days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Robert J. Bandy, 32, Georgetown Road, Homeworth, was fined $500 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension. An ATV operation citation was dismissed.
Donald Alan Thomas, 53, Homestead Drive, Columbiana, was fined $200, credited with one day served and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for allegedly pushing his wife against a wall, hitting her on both sides of her head, taking her cell phone and then hitting her again when she attempted to get it back.
Frederick V. Simpson, 61, Phoenix, Ariz., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from commercial speed.
Anastasha E. Blinn, 30, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business for telling deputies Robert Davis was not home on Oct. 24 when they came to serve him with a warrant.
Michael J. Conway, 37, West Seventh Street, Salem, was fined $150, credited with one day served in jail and required 25 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct for grabbing the steering wheel and causing an accident while he was intoxicated and his wife was driving him home.
Mark A. Thompkins, 45, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $120, credited with three days served in jail and sentenced to 27 additional days for driving under 12-point suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
Matthew R. McBride, 32, North Walnut Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for reportedly becoming angry with a school secretary who informed him the child he came to pick up had already been picked up, cursing in front of several small children and damaging the door on the way out.
Ronda Narehood, 43, Alice Street, East Palestine, was fined $80 for littering, left of center and open container.
A disorderly conduct charge against Dalia Bennett, West Main Street, East Palestine, was dismissed.
A Jan. 16 pretrial was set for Rose M. Anderson, 55, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with theft for allegedly taking five gallon plastic buckets from Century Container Corp. in September, nine of which were located at the Rogers Sale.
A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Jodi A. Massey, 44, Waynewood Drive, New Waterford, charged with domestic violence and obstructing official business. Massey allegedly punched her husband three times in the back, threatened to kill him and refused to cooperate with police investigating the issue.
A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Tammy J. Mason, 41, North Howard Avenue, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly attempting to leave Dollar General, East State Street, Salem, without paying for $36 in items.
A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Scott d. Kaltenbach, 36, Guy Road, Lisbon, cited with theft for allegedly taking a tablet from Tiffany Heaton in September and a Wii from Brandy Kaltenbach in November. He then allegedly used the items to obtain a loan at Cashland.
A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Linda L. Bowling, 52, West Fifth Street, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly attempting to leave the Salem Walmart with $292 in merchandise concealed in her purse.
A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for David A. Gaston, 46, Beaver Springfield Road, New Springfield, cited with failure to control.
A Jan. 28 pretrial was set for Katherine R. Beat, 26, South Cross Street, Columbiana, cited with obstructing official business for allegedly attempting to outrun police in her vehicle while she had a person with a warrant riding with her.
A Jan. 28 pretrial was set for William A. Tomlin,43, North Union Avenue, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly attacking Josie Ezell, punching her in the head and face, knocking her to the ground, getting on top of her and continuing to punch her.
