LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, Kyle Smith, 54, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, was fined court costs for failure to control.

Thomas K. Ward, 59, Canton, was fined court costs for assured clear distance.

Gary L. McQuistion, 62, Smithfield, Ohio, was fined $250, placed on two years' probation and had his driver's license suspended for injury of person by hunter. According to court documents he mistook Wayne McQuistion for a squirrel while hunting in Beaver Creek State Park.

Amanda D. Ryan, 20, St. Jacob Logtown Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced one day in jail, placed on two years' probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for theft.

Justin M. Fraser, 32, Tower Road, Salem, was fined $300, sentenced 15 days jail, placed on two years' probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for assault and criminal damaging.

Alicia M. Artrup, 40, Ecorse, Mich., was fined $400, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years' probation for OVI and marked lanes.

Shawn Rapp, 25, West Southern Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $200 and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for two counts possession of marijuana.

Dean Wray, 37, Eighty Four, Pa., was fined $30 for driving off state Route.

Casey M. Yourex, 22, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $675, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years' probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense

A Dec. 19 review hearing was set for Jonathan M. Weaver, 26, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, charged with possession of drug abuse instrument and four counts drug paraphernalia.

A Jan. 12 preliminary hearing was set for Laura C. Blake, 47, North Lundy Avenue, Salem, charged with drug abuse.

A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Jessica M. Keenan, 24, West Woodland Avenue, Columbiana, charged with failure to control and hit/skip.

A Dec. 16 preliminary hearing was set for Steven W. Watters II, 35, Miller Road, Leetonia, charged with burglary.

A Feb. 4 probation violation hearing was set for Gregory J. Henry, 44, West Main Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense and lane violations.
