Pa. man gets prison time for store break-in

LISBON - A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to prison for breaking into a Columbiana convenience store more than two years ago.

Peter Del Boverlando, 44, of Ellwood City, was sentenced to 10 months in prison by Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Judge C. Ashley Pike after pleading guilty to breaking and entering.

Del Boverlando and an accomplice broke into the Tic Toc Food Mart, state Route 14, at 2:45 a.m. July 21, 2011, by throwing a rock through a window and stealing merchandise, including cigarettes.

He was also ordered by the judge to make restitution to Tic Toc within six months of being released from prison.
