Salem couple opens ‘natural market’ in Washingtonville

By LARRY SHIELDS , Salem News

WASHINGTONVILLE - Just married in August, Quinn and Melissa Colella opened "All Good Things" in Washingtonville on Thursday.

Located in the plaza at 908 W. Main St. (state Route 14), the store offers fresh organic food, grass-fed meats and local dairy products at the "natural market."

"We bought it about one month ago," Quinn said of the couples' first business venture.

They bought the market from Frank and Jenna Greiner. Frank Greiner works on the same farm as Quinn.

"That's how the connection was made," Colella said.

"We came down here and looked at the setup and decided to buy it in July."

There is 950 square feet of floor space.

"We're getting produce, local meats, chicken and beef now," he said. Pork and eggs and dairy products, including yogurt and butter will be delivered from the Snowville Creamery near Athens.

Melissa said, "We'll be doing dairy-fresh juices too" while pointing out they have glutin-free, organic cupcakes that are delivered from Canton.

It's all local, she said.

The couple lives in Salem and Quinn is a 2003 graduate of East Palestine High School while Melissa graduated from Crestview in 2007.

All Good Things accepts major credit cards and for every $20 spent between now and Nov. 14th, the customer's name will be entered to win a box of fresh produce.

The business is on Facebook.

Store hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 am. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
