SHERIFF'S OFFICE

October 28, 2013
Salem News

- Stacey Reisling, state Route 172, Minerva, reported at 9:42 a.m. Sunday someone had struck her mother's vehicle parked at the home sometime overnight. She believed a neighbor was responsible. The neighbors at first denied it, but agreed that the damage to their vehicle was recent and paint on it matched the other vehicle. Dawn Hamilton then admitted she was driving but did not remember hittting the vehicle. Her vehicle is owned by her boyfriend, David Dycus. The couple said they would pay for the damage.
