LEETONIA - Concord Presbyterian Church, state Route 45 north of Salem, will host an all-you-can-eat country style breakfast from 7-11 a.m. today. The menu will include pancakes, sausage, sausage gravy, eggs, french toast, waffles, fruit cup, juice and coffee. Cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children 5-12. Children 4 years old and under will eat free.

WASHINGTONVILLE - A 'Soup to Go' drive-thru will be held from 3-5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6 at the Robbins United Methodist Church, 100 High St.

COLUMBIANA - A rummage sale/bazaar will be held at Zion Hill Church, 14550, New Buffalo Road, off route 46. The event will be held on Nov. 8 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and on Nov. 9 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The public is invited to attend. For information call 330-482-3492.

WINONA - Food for Friends by Friends, a food pantry ministry, will be held from 10 a.m.-noon today at Winona Friends Church, 4615 Whinnery Road. SALEM - Revival services will be held Oct. 29-Nov. 3 at the Bible Holiness Chapel, 3824 McCracken Road. Appearing will be evangelist and singers Rev. and Mrs. Christopher Yaney. Services each evening at 7:30 p.m. Sunday school is 10 a.m.; worship at 11 a.m. and Sunday evening service at 7 p.m.

WASHINGTONVILLE-Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 150 E. Main St., holds a weekly Wednesday worship service at 6 p.m. Wednesday worship is casual, friendly and brief. Pastor Kari Lankford, pastor of Trinity Lutheran and St. Paul's Lutheran in Leetonia, wanted to offer this weekday service to all those who, for whatever reason, cannot attend church at the traditional weekend times. All are welcome.

SALEM- A Bible Conference will be held at 7 p.m. Nov. 1 and continue Nov. 2 and 3 at the Salem Bible Church, 807 Cunningham Road. Guest speakers will be Dr. Myron Houghton, chair of Theology at Faith Baptist Bible Seminary in Iowa; and Pastor George Zeller, assistant pastor at Middletown Bible Church in Connecticut. LISBON - The First United Methodist Church of Lisbon is hosting a fish fry fundraiser from noon-2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3.

Served will be Lake Erie perch, green beans, coleslaw, rolls and strawberry shortcake. Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Carry-out and delivery to Lisbon local residents available by calling 330-424-5212.

CARROLLTON - Pastor Frank Leghart invites men from our area to a breakfast today at 9 p.m. hosted by Carrollton Believers Fellowship, 1001 Canton Road N.W.

Featured speaker will be Ken Johnson from "Men's Rally in The Valley 2013."

As the acting chaplain of the Indianapolis Colts, Johnson understands the challenges and adversity that men are often face. He is credited for having a tremendous natural ability to communicate life changing leadership principles to young people and adults. Providing music will be the Ohio Valley Teen Challenge Choir. The praise and worship team from Carrollton Believers Fellowship will lead the worship. Canned goods offering will benefit the Loaves & Fishes Carroll County Food Bank. Suggested donation is $5.

SALEM - The annual "Warm-Up Salem (and surrounding areas)" free coat giveaway will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 2 at Centennial Park. A free hot lunch will be provided by the Realife Chuck Wagon of Hope and Salvation Army.

SALEM - Students at Salem Wesleyan Academy are holding a scrap metal drive to fund a class field trip. Students are picking up donated scrap metal or it can be dropped off at the academy at 1095 Newgarden Ave. between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For a scrap metal pick up, call 330-831-7598. The drive is currently under way and will run through Nov. 30.

COLUMBIANA - Doors open at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 3 on Super Bingo Sunday at St. Jude Parish, 180 Seventh St. Games begin at 2 p.m. A $25 donation includes cards for all regular games, a free dauber and coffee and pop. Specials are sold separately. A total of $3,400 in cash prizes will be awarded, including a $1,000 guaranteed coverall. Lunch items and baked good will be available for purchase.

SALEM - A fall revival continues through Oct. 27 at the Salem Wesleyan Methodist Church, 1095 Newgarden Ave. Service times are 7:30 p.m. today and 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday. Special guests are the Rev. and Mrs. Daniel Hardy Sr.

COLUMBIANA - The First Presbyterian Church at 28 E. Park Ave. will hold its seventh annual "Indoor Flea Market" from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 23 during the "Christmas in Columbiana" weekend. Over 30 vendor tables will be filled with yard sale, garage sale, antique, collectible and craft items. An eat-in or carry out lunch counter will feature a variety of homemade item, a holiday quilt raffle, and basket raffle. Vendors are needed and asked to contact the church office at 330-482-2666. Admission and parking are free.

GUILFORD LAKE - The Cross Roads Council of the Knights of Columbus is sponsoring an auction at 6 p.m. Nov. 1 in the Ruritan building on state Route 172 at Hanna Drive. The proceeds of the auction will benefit the church youth programs. Auctioneer Dave Stout will offer a variety of toys, collectibles, tools, etc. Refreshments will be available. NORTH LIMA - Calvary United Methodist Church of North Lima is taking orders for homemade apple dumplings. To place an order, call 330-549-2588 or 330-549-5106 and leave your name, quantity wanted, if you want them baked or unbaked, and your phone number. Your order will be confirmed to you. Cost is $2.95 per dumpling. A portion of the profits is used for mission projects.

The dumplings were made Thursday and Friday and may be picked up at the church from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today. Walk-in are also available. The church is located at 12062 South Avenue at the junctions of routes 164 and 165. A new service, Spirit and Power In Christ Eternal (SPICE) begins at 6:30 pm. today. The services will be held at 6:30 p.m. every Saturday.

NORTH LIMA - The public is invited to an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 a.m. today at the North Lima Mennonite Church, 90 Mennonite Drive. Donations will be accepted. For additional information call the church at 330-549-2333.

BELOIT - The public is invited to a chicken and biscuit dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. today or until sold out, at the Bunker Hill United Methodist Church, 15096 W. Middletown Road, Beloit. Cost is $8 per person and $5 for children ages 2 to 6. Dine in or carryout are available.

NORTH LIMA - The Gate Church will hold a free indoor fall fest from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 2. The event offers family fun for all ages including food, games, a petting zoo, live band, bounce around, crafts, photo opportunities, etc. Free gift baskets and a grand prize will be given away at the conclusion of the fest.
