Salem News

Shown are Salem High School Key Club officers, from left, Annaliese Radcliff, Anna Wyss, Zach Morris, Cassie Wood and Emma Wilson with the collection boxes they will use during Trick or Treat for UNICEF. Club members will be participating in Trick or Treat for UNICEF from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31. Key Club members will trick or treat with collection boxes, with all donations going towards The Eliminate Project, a joint effort of the Kiwanis family and UNICEF to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus around the world. Trick or Treat for UNICEF is an educational and fundraising initiative that has given the Salem Key Club the opportunity to learn about others worldwide who are in need, and raise money on their behalf. Key Club International is the oldest and largest service leadership organization for teens, and teaches leadership through service to others. The Salem Key Club is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Salem. (Submitted photo)
