CANFIELD- The Argus Lodge #545 F&A.M. in Canfield honored Brother Ted Paul Underhill, one of its longtime members, with the "Mason of the Year Award" on Sept. 27. The award was established to honor a brother who has diligently served Argus Lodge and is viewed by its master and officers as a mason who has singled himself out through his actions in the last year.

Underhill has been an active member of the lodge for 13 years where he is now a member of the Fellowcraft team for the Lodge. He is also a member of the Youngstown Shrine Club, for which he is a driver for Wheels of Mercy.

Underhill is the son of Helen and Harvey Underhill of Youngstown. He and his wife, Loretta, whom he married on July 24, 1976, reside in Boardman. They have three children, Adam of Akron, Zac of Austintown and Julie of Canal Fulton.
