LISBON - An Oct. 3 preliminary hearing was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Aaron M. Pierson, 23, Academy Street, Salineville, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly having at his home on Sept. 4 an MP3 player stolen from a home on Foundry Hill. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety.
Nicklaus Falcone, 21, Lyons Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $705, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to three days in counseling for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Brandon Hacker, 20, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $100 and credited with one day in jail served for menacing after he sent several threatening text messages to Katelyn Davis' phone on May 3.
Lars Kreps, 20, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Brian T. Godwin, 28, Monroe Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct for refusing to cooperate with police who went to his Monroe Avenue apartment to investigate a reported domestic situation in progress on Sept. 21.
Heather A. Godwin, 25, Hartley Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct for yelling at police and obscenities at another woman in the apartment, when police went to investigate a reported domestic situation at a Monroe Avenue apartment on Sept. 21.
Brian A. Erskine, 26, Jones Drive, Salem, was fined $50 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct for impeding the efforts of police investigating a domestic dispute at the Monroe Avenue apartments on Sept. 21.
An Oct. 3 pretrial was set for Mark E. Knight Jr., 26, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for failing to cooperate with the efforts of Salem police looking for a missing or runaway teenage girl on Thursday.
An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for James W. Minerd, 46, Crestview Road, New Waterford, cited with driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
An Oct. 28 pretrial was set for Zachary Charles Willis, 19, West Perry Street, Salem, charged with driving under OVI suspension and failure to control.
An Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Keith M. House, 27, North Street, LIsbon, charged with assault and obstructing official business for allegedly punching Megan Morrow in the face and giving Lisbon police a false name of a suspect during an investigation both on Sept. 20.
