- Michael Miller, Freeman Road, Lisbon, reported at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday he let a woman use his car about a month ago and has since asked her to return it. Deputies spoke to the woman, Patti Colon, who admitted Miller has asked her off and on to return the vehicle for awhile. However, she said Miller also offered to sell her the vehicle. Then on Saturday she saw the vehicle was gone from her driveway and just assumed Miller came and took it. Miller filed a stolen vehicle report.
