LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday, Stefan L. White, 30, Echo Dell Road, Rogers, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a possession of a controlled substance charge. White reportedly had less than five grams of cocaine in a Ninth Street, Wellsville, bedroom when it was searched by the Columbiana County Drug Task Force.

Anthony J. Rock, 27, Darlington, Pa., was fined $480 and had his license suspended for six months for driving under FRA suspension, speeding, seat belt violation, possession of marijuana smoking pipe and possession of marijuana on Aug. 30.

Juan D. Stamps, 35, Markham, Ill., was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

Sarah M. Fitzsimons, 32, Washington Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, credited with one day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for striking Jacob S. Miller in the face on Sept. 9.

Adam S. Buckley, 39, Whinnery Road, Winona, was fined $150 and credited with two days served in jail for domestic violence for kicking his wife on Feb. 15.

Jose Pedro Nicolas, 36, East Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Thomas Wilson, 63, Lorton, Va., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Damian P. Degenova, 46, Poland, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Richard K. Montgomery, 69, Lake Milton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for William D. Sherrill, 27, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, cited with failure to reinstate a license and a brake light violation.

A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Glenn E. Bender, 37, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing his wife by the hair, dragging her into the living room and choking her.

A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Andrew H. Hunley, 37, College Street, East Liverpool, charged with assault, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for allegedly punching Timothy Welce in the face, taking his keys, running from police who asked to speak with him and screaming obscenities while intoxicated.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for James Wilson, 47, First Street, Wellsville, charged with assault for allegedly striking and kicking Lynda S. Channels in the face on Tuesday.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Maribeth R. Lauer, 34, West Main Street, East Palestine, charged with assault for allegedly punching an employee of American Heath Care on Tuesday in the face, causing and injury and her glasses to break.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Jack W. Parr Sr., 77, state Route 558, New Waterford, cited with criminal damaging, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for allegedly broke his granddaughter's laptop and then refused to allow deputies to investigate.

An Oct. 10 sentencing hearing was set for Chad C. Dotson, 23, Spillway Road, Lisbon, who pleaded guilty to theft for taking a ring from his grandmother's home and asking a friend to sell it for him at Downtown Gems and Jewels in Salem.

An Oct. 22 pretrial was set for Justin C. Ingledue, 36, Buckeye Road, Lisbon, charged with aggravated trespassing and menacing. Court documents alleged on Monday he got onto a Beaver Local School District bus, refused to leave when requested by the bus driver and threatened a student riding the bus with assault.

An Oct. 22 pretrial was set for Evan J. Wood, 26, East Third Street, Salem, cited with drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a heroin spoon next to the bed on the floor on Aug. 31 when Salem police came into the house.
