LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday, an Oct. 31 pretrial was set for David R. Kurchina, 38, Clinton, Pa., cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension, reckless operation, speeding and seat belt violation. According to court documents, the Highway Patrol and Lisbon Police reportedly stopped him on Aug. 11 for driving the wrong side of state Route 11 from East Liverpool to a location about a half mile north of state Route 154 at 4 a.m.
Scott D. Kaltenbach Jr., 36, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 30 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license.
An Oct. 3 pretrial was set for William R. Hartley, 32, Samuel Street, East Liverpool, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control following a one-vehicle crash on state Route 7 at 3:09 a.m. Friday.
An Oct. 7 pretrial was set for Daniel Sims, 51, Youngstown, cited with driving under FRA suspension and speeding.
An Oct. 7 pretrial was set for Terry L. Ogle, 51, Benton Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense.
An Oct. 31 pretrial was set for Meaghan A. Workman, 18, East Main Street, East Palestine, cited with drug paraphernalia for alleged possession of a scale, a smoking pipe and a baggie.
Oct. 31 pretrials were set for Adam S. Buckley, 39, Burrows Avenue, East Liverpool, and Scott T. Kreps, 43, Columbia Street, Leetonia, each cited with driving under suspension in separate incidents.
An Oct. 31 pretrial was set for Douglas P. Brayshaw Jr., 24, East Rebecca Street, East Palestine, cited with drug paraphernalia for allegedly having two scales and eight marijuana pipes.
A Nov. 7 pretrial was set for Christopher C. Linnert, 25, state Route 170, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense and lane violations.
